HARTFORD -- Murphy is a 4-year-old Shih Tzu and weighs about 11 pounds. He spent about 3 months with Bristol animal control looking for his forever home, but now he's available for adoption from the Connecticut Humane Society.
He had a problem with his eye, so it had to be removed. Now he’s a sweet little pirate!
Murphy could live in a home of any size, including apartments. He could share his home with children over age 6.
He has not had much experience with cats or dogs but could consider sharing his home with a furry friend.
Murphy is a high energy kind of dog and is looking for a home where he can get lots of exercise every day. He's a great dog with lots of potential. He just needs a family with general dog experience.
