STERLING — Connecticut State Police are still looking for a missing Sterling teen.

The whereabouts of Todd Allen, 18, are still unknown after he went was last seen the day after Christmas. Allen left his house at 42 Dixon Road in Sterling on a dirt bike, alone, at around 12:30 p.m., to ride on local trails, as he was known to do.

His dirt bike doesn’t have a headlight and he told his parents that he would be back by 4 p.m. but Allen did not return. His parents said that was out of character for him.

Allen is described as white, approximately 5’10” tall, weighing approximately 130 pounds and he was last seen wearing a camo hooded, zip-up sweatshirt, with  a black backpack.

The last cell phone activity on Allen’s phone was on Monday, December 26, at around 2:30 p.m., and he made that call in the general area of Margaret Henry Road in Killingly.

Volunteers, State Police, DEEP, and Sterling Fire Department personnel have unsuccessfully checked local trails and ask that anybody who thinks they may have information call them at (860) 779-4900 or text TIP711 with any information to 274637. All calls will remain confidential.
