WILLINGTON — A traffic stop in Willington lead police to a large drug bust Wednesday evening.
On January 4, State police of Troop C- Tolland pulled over a car near the area between Route 74 and Route 32 around 8 p.m.
After speaking with the driver, state troopers began to search the car believing that the driver was in possession of drugs. During their search, police say they discovered 49 bags of heroin.
Pomposelli was charged with possession of heroin, failure to stop for a Stop sign, and operating with a suspended license. He is schedule for Rockville Superior Court on January 25, 2017.
