My grandfather broke his hip in a fall on some ice a couple of weeks ago. It seems pretty clear that the restaurant he was going into at the time was at fault because it hadn't snowed for three days. Someone told me because that because of his age, 87, he isn't as likely to get them to pay for his injuries. Is there any truth to this?
