NEW YORK  — Police said a taxi driver who offered to give a Bronx woman a ride home instead drove her to Norwalk where he said he wouldn’t let her go unless they had sex.

The 27-year-old woman agreed to a ride on April 6 but they ended up nearly 40 miles from her home. She jumped out of the cab when it stopped, and called 911.

According to the Daily News of New York, it’s the same driver who was sanctioned by an administrative judge for an earlier incident where he called a woman over to his car and showed her a clip of two people having sex. He denied it. He was fined $1,000 and the judge recommended his taxi license be revoked. It’s unclear if it was.
