PLAINFIELD — A section of I-395 Southbound was closed for a time Monday due to a truck fire.
A tractor-trailer carrying cars caught fire near the Route 14 exit. No injuries were reported.
At least one lane of the road was reopened later in the evening as crews cleaned up.
Quinnebaug Valley Emergency Dispatch tweeted about the fire.
