WALLINGFORD -- One person has been pronounced dead following car accident on Interstate 91 Thursday afternoon.
Connecticut State Police said Billy Rubendust was driving on I-91 southbound by exit 15 when he lost control of the car and struck the right shoulder guardrail at the Durham overpass.
Police said after when his car struck the guardrail, it continued crossing all three traffic lanes into the center of the roadway, striking a tree. Police said the incident involved one person.
Police said the crash in under investigation.
