HARTFORD — Police are investigating a suspicious death discovered Thursday night.
Police were called to 22 West Euclid St. in the city’s Blue Hills section around 7 p.m. where a woman was found dead in a basement.
Police said she’s about in her 30s to 40s and it’s not certain where she’s from.
