I was hit by a tractor-trailer on the highway in September. My injuries are too numerous to list, but needless to say I am lucky to be alive!
My question is that with all the hospital bills and missed work time that have built up, I am starting to have financial problems.
Is there a difference in how a lawsuit is handled involving a truck as opposed to car?
