HARTFORD -- Part of Westland Street has been shut down at Barbour Street in Hartford for a hooting investigation.
The 29-year-old man was shot in broad daylight on Westland Street and is in critical but stable condition at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center, according to police.
The Hartford Police Department Major Crimes Division is on the scene.
