Carlos and Leslie Gomez are raising a son, Jayden, who has Down syndrome, a congenital disorder that effects intellectual development.
The young man known as “Pop” has inspired the Gomeze's to start a program to raise awareness about the important of valuing and embracing individual with special needs.
