NORTH HAVEN — A tractor-trailer overturned on I-91 Northbound Monday afternoon.
The crash happened at Exit 11. Officials expected that two lanes will be closed for several hours which could lead to heavy delays. State Police said the truck was hauling frozen fish, which spilled onto the side of the highway. The lanes were still closed at around 10:00 p.m.
