    TORRINGTON – The Torrington Police Department is attempting to locate 47-year-old Dhana D. Ryan. On August 8, police said they saw Ryan sitting in a car in the parking lot of Citgo Gas station on South Main Street in Torrington.     GRANVILLE, Mass. – A man from Enfield’s “most wanted” list has been captured by police in Granville, Massachusetts. On Monday, police in Granville, Mass said they received information from Enfield Police that Craig Powell,  a man on their “most wanted” list, was possibly staying at Prospect Mountain Campground.   • Police: Pair arrested with one-pot meth lab on I-84 in Vernon

    VERNON — Police said they arrested two people during a traffic stop in Vernon after seizing items consistent with being used in a “one-pot” methamphetamine lab from their car. On Monday at around 5:30 p.m., police said they were conducting a traffic stop on I-84 west in Vernon when they saw a speeding and swerving  grey Mitsubishi Galant.     HARTFORD – August is Tree Check Month and Connecticut’s Department of Energy and Environmental Protection is asking residents to be on the lookout for the invasive Asian long-horned beetle. DEEP says these large, destructive, wood-boring beetles are most active during August.     STRATFORD – Stratford police are asking for help in identifying a male for questioning in regards to a stolen car. The stolen car is a black 2017 Dodge Ram Pickup with Virginia license plate VSL2979. The car was stolen around 11:30 a.m. on July 31 from 1574 Stratford Avenue.
