    HARTFORD — Gunshots prompted by a dispute over a stolen motorbike struck the SAND Elementary School Monday afternoon. Students in a physical education class in a school courtyard were near where the bullets struck the school, police said.      A 58-year-old man was arrested Thursday on charges that he held his younger sister captive for several years in their home on Eleanor Road.
