What is the deadline to apply for community support?
Tribune Media Connecticut will accept applications for contributions, fundraising dinners, golf outings, and races; requests for speakers or requests for media sponsorships are year-round.

Is there a dollar amount limitation for community support applications?
No. There is no dollar limitation.

Should I use the online application for media sponsorship, advertising and other marketing related requests?
No, media sponsorships, advertising and other marketing requests, including those that involve cause-marketing, should be directed to Trish Hesslein, Community Marketing Manager via email at PHesslein@tribunemedia.com.

Who do I contact to submit my public service announcement?

Requests for this type of service should be submitted to William Murphy, Director of Creative Services via email at wmurphy@fox61.com  FOX 61 and WCCT accept PSA’s in HD and must be delivered as a file (no tapes, please). Format is 1920×1080 (1080i) Quicktime mp4 or H.264.

How do I know if my request was received?
Individuals will receive written confirmation via email when a request is received.

How do I know if my PSA was aired?
If requested, FOX 61 and WCCT will run a report, but can make no guarantees as to the number of PSAs aired unless a special arrangement was mutually agreed upon.

Each week, we receive several inquiries and proposals for a variety of initiatives, programs and events. In order to review and respond in a timely basis, we use an online application to receive community requests for contributions, fundraising dinners, community sponsorships and speaking requests. If we need additional information or have any questions, we will contact you directly.

We do not accept requests that are sent by fax, email or mail. All applications must be entered via the online application to be reviewed.
