New developments in the Boston Marathon bombing investigation: officials say the mother of the two suspects has been on a government terrorism database since 2011.

Zubeidat Tsarnaeva was added to the database along with her son, Tamerlan Tsarnaeva, after the Russian government contacted the CIA with concerns that both had become religious militants.

This came about six months after the FBI investigated the two – also at Russia’s request – but found no ties to terrorism.

Zubeidat Tsarnaeva, a naturalized U.S. citizen, is in Dagestan now. She claims her family is framed.

“I would prefer not to live in America now,” she said. “Why did I even go there? Why?”

Meanwhile, in an interview the 26-year-old Chinese entrepreneur whose SUV was carjacked by the suspects described the terrifying moments.

When his cell phone rang he said the older suspect told him “If you say a single word in Chinese, I will kill you right now.”

The victim said he told the person on the phone, “I’m sleeping in my friend’s home tonight. I have to go.”

Tamerlan told him: “good boy.”

The surviving suspect – 19-year-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev – was moved overnight from a hospital to a medical center in a federal prison.
