Former UConn Football Player Faces A Year In Prison For Possession Of Child Porn

A former University of Connecticut football player who was charged two years ago with distributing child pornography pleaded guilty Friday to third-degree possession of child pornography and faces a year in prison at his sentencing Aug. 2.

Gregory J. McKee, 20, was a redshirt freshman offensive tackle at the time of his arrest. He did not play in any games and has since left UConn. He is living in his hometown of Chicago.
