Master Mixologist Makes A Red Hot Margarita

The Red Hot Margarita

Ingredients:

2 oz Avion Anejo Tequila

2 large scoops of strawberry/rhubarb puree

1/2 oz Cointreau

2 oz RIPE Lemon Agave Sour Mix

1 tsp. of mango/habenero jam

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a shaker over ice and shake well.  Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a thin stalk of Rhubarb.
