EAST HARTFORD A 63-year-old man was arrested Thursday allegedly for soliciting sex from a 13-year-old, police said.
A police officer met the suspect, Rodney Hicks, at the scene and interviewed him.
The officer determined that Hicks offered $20 to a 13-year-old in exchange for sex, police said.
He was arrested and charged with risk of injury to a minor and disorderly conduct.
