Today’s question come from Janet in Southington. Janet was injured when a car hit her from behind while she was riding her bicycle. When the accident occurred, she was in a bike only lane. The police report, however, said that she was about a foot outside the bike lane when the collision occurred. She asks for legal advice on how to proceed.
