Exploring Boston From Above

On this day trip, we are Boston strong from above.

There are so many ways to see the city, but we have aspired to new heights. The panoramic views are all around as we take in the sights on Now City Tours.

Mixing in some attitude at altitude is Captain Craig LeBlanc at the controls of a four-seat Robinson R44 helicopter.

“You get to experience what you’ve seen on the ground in the air and it’s a whole different world up there,” LeBlanc said.

Downtown Boston, MIT and Boston College are among the memorable landmarks 1,500 feet below. The true crowd pleaser is a flyover of Fenway Park before the copter turns north and heads back to the pad.

The folks at Now City Tours offer three different types of flights, the skyline, the north shore and a combo tour. These days the copter leaves from the helipad in Revere Beach, Mass. For schedules, pricing and  more info just go to NowCityTours.com.
