Memorial Day Weekend will bring the Angel Ride to benefit the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp.  This annual bike ride includes two days of riding, 135 miles total throughout Norfolk, Ashford, and Mystic.  Angel Charitable Trust is a non-profit organization that mandates 100 percent of money raised by the riders goes directly to the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp’s hospital outreach program. The program’s stated goal is to ensure that every child with a serious medical condition has the chance to experience the world of possibilities that camp has to offer. Through the generosity of others, The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp community provides this unique healing experience to kids in need and their families, including those who may not be able to come to camp.

Next tuesday, the Middlesex Community College Foundation golf tournament will take place at Lyman Orchards Golf Course in Middlefield. The cost is $150 dollars per golfer and starts at 1 p.m.  All money raised goes to support scholarships for students at Middlesex Community College.

The MxCC Foundation promotes a lifelong connection to Middlesex Community College. Whether you are a donor or prospective donor interested in supporting the college through the foundation, an alumna/us, a current or prospective student, a parent, or just an interested community member, we invite you become involved in the MxCC experience.  The MxCC Foundation raises support for student scholarships, faculty development, instructional equipment, and public lectures and programs that contribute to the quality of life here in Connecticut.
