Stag Arms CEO Mark Malkowski will meet with business officials in South Carolina Thursday to tour the new site, where Bristol-based gun manufacturer PTR Industries is planning to relocate.
PTR Industries struck a deal with Horry County economic development officials to relocate mote than 60 percent of its workforc e to Aynor, South Carolina. The company announced the move a week ago on June 19. According to the deal, PTR Industries will triple its workforce over the next five years.
Malkowski , who has also had meetings with Texas Gov. Rick Perry, said he still hasn’t made the decision to relocate.
