Grilled Oyster With Gin and Cilantro
Ingredients
6 oysters
6 whole cilantro leaves
1 red chili sliced thinly
6 teaspoons of gin
Steps
1. Make sure the grill is really hot.
2. Shuck your oysters carefully; we want to save the liquid or (brine) inside.
3. Using an indoor grill pan, place the oysters shell side down on the grill carefully and wait for bubbles to start to form in the brine.
4. Once the brine is lightly bubbling take the oyster off the grill and top with one teaspoon of gin and one cilantro leaf.
5. Serve right away.
