It’s all happening at the Mystic Blues Festival.
Friday night through Sunday, venues across Mystic and into Rhode Island will host a number of local and national blues acts in the first festival of its kind for the historic town.
The Mystic Shipyard and Old Mystick Village Art Cinemas, as well as the Knickerbocker in Westerly, R.I., are the venues for the festival, but throughout the weekend you’ll also find live music through the Olde Village as well as downtown Mystic.
Artists include festival grand marshall James Cotton, Jaimoe’s Jasssz Band featuring Allman Brothers Band founding member Jaimoe Johanson as well as Christine Ohlman.
