The plot thickens against Aaron Hernandez, already charged with 1st Degree Murder.

Alexander Bradley is suing the former New England Patriot, claiming Hernandez shot him in the face back in February in South Florida.

While Bradley appeared in Hartford Superior Court on an unrelated matter, Connecticut’s Newsroom learned he was served with an interstate subpoena to testify before a Massachusetts grand jury.

Court sources said prosecutors want Bradley’s grand jury testimony because they believe there are strong similarities between his shooting and the execution-style murder of Odin Lloyd.

In Bradley’s case, his civil attorney said he was left to die at an industrial area…in Lloyd’s case, he was found dead in an industrial park less than a mile from Hernandez’s home.

Bradley’s attorney confirmed another parallel to the Lloyd case…that Hernandez and two other men were also with Bradley in a car when he got shot.
