This morning, Alex P. from Wallingford writes:

“I was involved in an  accident on my motorcycle in which the car in front of me cut me off while taking a left-hand turn and I had to lay my bike down? Their insurance company claims that it was my own fault because there was no collision and the roads were a little wet from some rain from the night before. I know the spill wasn’t my fault, Is there anything I can do?”
