On September 2, 2009, Tim Coleman was gunned down on the streets in Hartford by two unidentified suspects, who fled the scene immediately after.
Almost four years later, no arrests have been made, and no one has come forward with any information, likely due to neighbors being feared as being labeled as a police cooperator.
Tim’s wife, Carlene, pleads that anyone with information in any way about the case, come forward and contact the police.
She says it is not about being a so-called “snitch”, but instead doing the right thing for the family of a good man and allowing Tim to finally rest in peace.
