HARTFORD — Police arrested a 50-year-old man who allegedly touched himself while watching a little league baseball game in Colt Park.
The baseball coach called police at 5:54 p.m. to report the man’s behavior.
The man was identified as Scott Weiner. He is charged with risk of injury to a minor and second-degree breach of peace.
Weiner, who was walking two dogs in the park, is also suspected of approaching juveniles and asking them inappropriate questions, police said.
