Generational Trends Show Young Buyers Are More Optimistic

The inaugural 2013 National Association of Realtors home Buyer and Seller Generational Trends study evaluated generational differences in home buyers. The study found that younger buyers are more optimistic. Sulman Quraishi, owner of Engel and Volkers in West Hartford, joins the show to talk about the study and what the younger generation is looking for in the housing market.
