This week, Hartford Courant business columnist Dan Haar talks about a report that shows Connecticut saw 11,000 new jobs created in July, a lighthouse in Old Saybrook that sold for more than $300,000 and the news that Cigna will be requiring patients to undergo genetic counseling before they can take tests regarding breast cancer risks.
