The tropics are coming to life again after a very slow start to the season. Lucky for us a big trough over the northeast will block any potential tropical activity from targeting New England the next two weeks. That trough will also keep temperatures below average. A cold front Thursday morning will trigger an isolated shower or two followed by clearing. The afternoon is sunny, breezy and cooler than recent days. But a real fall feel arrives at night with near record cold by Friday morning.
Tonight: Mostly clear. Lows: 58-64
Tomorrow: Mostly cloudy start with an isolated morning shower. Then clearing out, breezy, cooler. North west wind 10 to 20 mph.
Friday: Fall feel all day with below average temperatures. Chilly morning in the 40s. Abundant sunshine. High temperatures in my mid 60s to near 70 degrees.
Saturday: Chilly start, milder finish. Sunshine mixing with some clouds late in the day. High temperatures in the mid 70s.
Sunday: Increasing clouds, chance for a shower in spots in the afternoon. Turning a bit humid. High temperatures in the mid to upper 70s.
Monday: Sunny, cool. Turning less humid. High temperatures in the mid 70s.
