Every week, attorney John Haymond joins the Fox CT Morning Extra to answer your legal questions.

This week’s viewer question comes from Joe B. of Clinton. He writes:

“I was injured in an accident last weekend when there was a pileup on the highway due to the sun basically blinding us going up a hill. My car was stopped when we were hit from behind, causing us to hit the car in front of us. I suffered a concussion and I severely re-injured my back. I won’t be charged, ticketed or held liable for anything, will I? It wasn’t avoidable.”

Attorney John Haymond of the Haymond Law Firm shares his expertise with viewers as they submit their legal questions on a number of different topics every Tuesday on the Fox CT Morning Extra. If you would like to know more about attorney John Haymond, go to his website: www.haymondlaw.com.
