“I was injured in an accident last weekend when there was a pileup on the highway due to the sun basically blinding us going up a hill. My car was stopped when we were hit from behind, causing us to hit the car in front of us. I suffered a concussion and I severely re-injured my back. I won’t be charged, ticketed or held liable for anything, will I? It wasn’t avoidable.”
