Some people will scrape frost of the windshield for the first time this season on Wednesday morning. The air will be so chilly, temperatures will start a within a few degrees of the record low which stands at 42 degrees in Bridgeport and 36 degrees for Windsor Locks.  After a cold start to the day, we rebound nicely in the afternoon with winds switching out of the southwest. In fact the next several days will feature a slow warming trend. Sunny skies will dominate all the way through the start of the weekend!

Tonight: Clear, cold. Lows: 35-44

Tomorrow: Patchy morning frost possible inland. Sunny, temperatures rebound into the upper 60s and low 70s by afternoon.

Thursday: Mostly sunny, a bit milder. High temperatures in the low to mid 70s.

Friday: Mostly sunny, a bit milder. High temperatures in the mid to upper 70s.

Saturday: Mostly sunny, increasing clouds late.  High temperatures in the low to mid 70s. Chance for showers late Saturday night.

Sunday: Scattered showers through midday. Some clearing is possible in the afternoon or late in the day.
