The Connecticut Film Festival will present a screening of Michael Kelly’s latest award-winning film, “Isn’t It Delicious,” and a question-and-answer session tonight at the Bethel Cinema, 269 Greenwood Ave., Bethel.

The director, an actor and the writer of the film visited the Fox CT Morning Extra to talk about the movie and the festival. Below is a little bit of information about the movie.

“Isn’t It Delicious” is about the controlling matriarch of an upper-middle-class family, Joan Weldon (played by Kathleen Chalfant) who has lost control of probably the most important thing in her life: her family and actually staying alive. Smoking has finally gotten the best of Joan and the only thing standing between her last cigarettes and the grave is her opportunity to reconcile years of destructive relationships with her children, her husband and her best friend.

The screening is scheduled for 7 p.m. tonight (Wednesday).
