MIDDLETOWN — A city police motorcycle collided with a pedestrian Thursday evening, sending both the officer and the pedestrian to the hospital, police said.
The crash happened on Saybrook Road, police said.
“It looks like they both are going to be OK, hopefully,” said Mayor Daniel Drew.
Few details were immediately available. Police said the accident is under investigation.
