Shoppers can purchase pink edition items at Clinton Crossing this month to help support breast cancer awareness month and the Susan G. Komen foundation. Kathleen Mones shows off some of the products available.
During the Pink Event at Clinton Crossing, 75% of every $10 donation that is made at the information center goes directly to Susan G. Komen (shoppers can make as many $10 donations as they want.) With the Breast Cancer Edition Alet Socks from Nike, 10% of the proceeds directly benefit the Kay Yow Cancer Fund, a charitable organization (founded in the name of Kay Yow, a former North Carolina State University Head Women’s Basketball Coach who passed away from Breast Cancer) committed to raising money for breast cancer awareness and research.
