HARTFORD – Shortly before 1:30, Thursday morning State Police responded to a single car crash on the Flatbush Avenue exit 45 ramp off of I-84.
According to State Police, a vehicle flipped over and the driver fled on foot.
State Police K9’s were called in to search the area but the driver was not located.
State Police do not believe the vehicle was stolen and have not released a description of the driver.
It‘s not unclear why the driver fled the scene of the crash but State Police were concerned about the drivers well-being following the rollover.
