Tim Lammers sits down with the Hartford Courant’s Desmond Conner to discuss UConn’s first football game after firing head coach Paul Pasqualoni. Will this be a new start, or a new low?

UConn football will be stepping on the field with a new coach, an interim in offensive coordinator T.J. Weist for Homecoming Saturday. How is this guy going to be different from Paul Pasqualoni, who was fired last week? Does he have what it takes to help the team turn things around?

The Huskies take on the USF Bulls at 12 p.m. Saturday in East Hartford.
