GLASTONBURY — Members of a regional narcotics task force arrested a suspected heroin dealer known as “Ray Ray” during an operation Monday in the parking lot of a 7Eleven on Main Street.
The suspect, 53-year-old Reinaldo Perez, allegedly made a sale during the buy-bust operation and was in possession of 19 bags of heroin, police said.
Perez was arrested and with possession of heroin and sale of heroin.
