A 31-year-old man was shot and killed on Friday night on Kenyon Street in Waterbury, police said.
Damien Jones of Waterbury was shot once in the neck outside a residence at 9 Kenyon St. He was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital, where he was pronounced dead a short time later, police said.
The shooting happened at approximately 10 p.m. Kenyon Street was blocked off Friday night while police collected evidence from the scene.
No arrests had been made as of Saturday afternoon.
