GLASTONBURY — A Newington man, allegedly driving drunk, picked the wrong place to get lost.

Chibuikem S. Onyebuchi, 23, was spotted by Glastonbury police driving around the police department’s rear parking lot about 5 a.m. Saturday. He then parked his car in front of the rear entrance to the building, police said.

Onyebuchi told police he was trying to find his way to a friend’s house, but could not find the way out of the parking lot. Police then arrested Onyebuchi for drunken driving.

His license was under suspension, police added, for two previous drunken driving arrests.

He is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 16 in Manchester.
