STAMFORD — A high school student is facing voyeurism charges after allegedly posting illicit pictures of his ex-girlfriend to Instagram.
Police said the 17-year-old Westhill High School student, whose name was not released, was arrested on Monday. He was charged with voyeurism, disseminating voyeuristic material and breach of peace.
The teen’s ex-girlfriend had complained to police that he posted a picture of her performing illicit acts on him to Instagram, police said. The girl never consented to the photograph, according to police.
Police said the picture has been taken off Instagram.
