Suspicious Package Prompts Evacuation Of Bristol Building

BRISTOL — City police evacuated an apartment building at 177 West St. Wednesday night after a suspicious package was discovered.

Officers called in the Hartford police bomb squad to check the package, but it didn’t contain anything dangerous, police said.
