Dr. Harold Schwartz, of the Hartford Hospital Institute of Living, talks about efforts to measure and reduce the gaps in Connecticut’s mental health system. He also talks about the “Stop the Stigma” campaign, which works to change the words that we use to stigmatize mental health problems.
