A Seafood Dish For Taste Of Hartford

From Jan. 20 through Feb. 2. diners at a number of Hartford restaurants can get price-fixed menus featured signature dishes for $20.14. For more information on the Taste of Hartford, click here.

Chef Nora Niemotko of Casona restaurant in Hartford visited the FOX CT Morning Extra Tuesday to promote the Taste of Hartford and prepared the ceviche dish that her restaurant will be serving. The recipe is printed below.


2 pounds tilapia cut in 1/2 inch pieces
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup lime juice
1/2 medium red onion
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons cilantro
1/2 cup evaporated milk
pinch garlic
pinch ginger
pinch ajimoto
dash aji rocoto

Mix together and serve.
