After temperatures in the 40s and a few light showers on Sunday, there are two developing storm systems to keep an eye on. Light snow will begin developing Monday (around 7 a.m.) and continue much of the day. Northern Connecticut will get a coating to an inch, and the southern part of the state will see between 1 and 3 inches.

A bigger storm is on the way for Wednesday, and early indications are for a wintry mess, with snow and sleet across the state.
