A note found in a JetBlue Airlines plane being cleaned after a trip from Providence to Orlando set off a “potential security incident” on Saturday night, an airline spokesman said.

A cleaning crew discovered the note in a seatback pocket of Flight 1075 around 8:05 p.m., said Rick Clark, manager of corporate communications. He could not provide details of the note.

Jet Blue corporate security was working with local Orlando authorities to investigate, according to Clark.

“The customers were already off the aircraft,” he said.

The 4:15 p.m. flight left T.F. Green Airport in Warwick, R.I., near Providence, and landed at Orlando International Airport about 7:20 p.m.

Clark said he had no further details.
