Art Sled Derby Brings Out Creativity And Adrenaline

Daredevils and artists from around the Hartford area came together Saturday morning for the second annual Hartford Art Sled Derby at Elizabeth Park on the Hartford/West Hartford border.
Participants decorated their sleds with everything from bananas to palm trees to underwear. Trophies were given out at the end of the event for superlatives like “Most Bouncy,” “Most Tentacles,” and “Hartford Pride.
